Dino Escape From Extinction
You must overcome 3 worlds to save Dino. In the first world you run to the right escaping a comet while avoiding enemies and obstacles, in the second you escape from burning lava upwards and in the third you escape downwards before a whirlwind kills you.
There is a fourth world that changes every 15 seconds between the first 3 worlds.
